These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Number Hunt mobile application ("Number Hunt", "the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. License to Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Number Hunt on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the App except as permitted by applicable law.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or reverse engineer the App
• Use automated means (bots, scripts) to interact with the App
• Use the Bluetooth Duel feature to harass or harm another person

3. No Account, No User Content

Number Hunt does not require you to create an account and does not host user-generated content. Gameplay data (scores, streaks, progress) is stored only on your own device.

4. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, graphics, game logic, and branding, is owned by the developer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved.

5. Third-Party Platforms

The App is distributed through Google Play. Your download, purchase (if applicable), and use of the App through Google Play is also subject to Google Play's Terms of Service.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of Number Hunt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your license to use the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, to the extent permitted by applicable local law.
